Product Variants Price and Weights update using Import

I did auto generate for product variants by selecting the option Variant Price set by master product and its attributes and then I realized that the prices are not dynamically changing and so does the weight.

I read in the forums that the prices won't change if the option Variant Price set by master product and its attributes is selected while auto generating the variants. I also noticed that if I go to each and every variant generated in the Variant Tab and edit a variant and change them to Sum of Parts from Controlled by Master Product, then the prices and weights are changing dynamically.

I have over 100 products and each product has a ton of variants as My Store is nut and bolt store. My question is there a simple way to change them so the price and weights are changed dynamically or do I have to delete everything and recreate again.

I tried using the built in Product Variant Import and noticed that only works new products where the attributes have to set up using the excel sheet.

I could not update the existing products using Variant Import module. or could not even change the option from Controlled by Master Product to Sum of Parts

I would appreciate it if anyone can please tell me if there is easier way to do what I am trying achieve
