Re order all (product and attributes) link from order history possible?

Hi all, We've used toolkit module in the paste to do a REORDER from the order history page, but never could get attributes to pass. Is there a new way in latest version of Miva to do re orders?
link we are using:

&mvte:global:secure_sessionurl;Action=NEW&SubScreen=TKORDR&order_id=&mvta:order:id;&Store_Code=&mvta:store:code;

using toolkit.

Been a few years since we last looked at at solution, and I'm hoping miva or module has been updated with functionality.

By default there is a re-order button next to each product.

Are you looking for a single button to re-order all products in the order? If so, it can be done using the Multi-Add to Cart action:

There's something amiss. We use the same Toolkit code for reorders and attributes/options are retrieved.
