include external .html file

Seems like I read somewhere that it is possible to include an external .html file. I've got Miva5.5.
Can anybody advise?

I just build my store menu's (or any other part of the Miva section of my site when needed) to include external links if and when needed. Pretty straight forward HTML on that one...

Here is a more modern way to do this using built-in Miva functionality:

<mvt:assign name="g.filename" value="'/folder/filename.html'" />
<mvt:assign name="g.success" value="file_read( g.filename, 'script', g.dsp)" />
&mvt:global:dsp;

You can get fancier but this'll do for here.
