MIVA Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:

Error Code: MER-UTL-POW-00016 Description: mysql_stmt_prepare: Table 'curtains_mm5.s01_PowerSearchProducts' doesn't exist Other Information:

Whenever I try to update any product.

I already checked if it had to do with having product codes starting with the same letter but I changed them and still the same problem persists. I didn't do any changes on powersearch and I have done several updates and created new fields on the past day with no problems at all and I did a lot of updates after the last time I created the last field having no problems until now.

    Thank you.

Did you contact the module's developer?

        Re: power search fatal error

Always best to contact module developers directly using their established support systems first.

You may also want to try re-installing the module.

          Re: power search fatal error

There is a FAQ section in the install doc. The missing database is covered. This remedy requires the latest version of the power search module so an update of the module may be needed.

Thank you. I had to change the number of records at a time set to 567.

              Re: power search fatal error

After running it and getting a successful build of the mirror, don't use the 567 feature. That is only for when the database is missing.
