We have just currently loaded miva so far seems to be alot better than zen-cart and now we are getting ready to load all of our products in, is there any suggestions on modules or anything that might make this process go smooth?

Uploading other things may or may not require a third-party module.
Seeing that you're new to MM, you might want to checkout the Book, which walks you through the process of the entire backend.Best,
