MER-IMP-UTL-00005: Parse error: Input error, got quote inside non-quoted field

I’m getting MER-IMP-UTL-00005: Parse error: Input error, got quote inside non-quoted field, when I upload products.

I’m using Open Office to convert the file to .csv with a tab as field delimiter and no text delimiter...the way I have always done it for the past 7+ years.

My last try consisted of 2 fields, product_code and product_name. I changed " to " in the product_name field and not one of uploaded changes was successful.

Are saying change all " to ""? If so I tried that and I still got the same error

I saved the file as UTF-8 and it solved the problem...thanks for you're help.
