From a UX experiance perspective, I think its better to go back to the product page with all previous selections. A 'Change' might require further information...for example, lets say a customer added a x-large sock, but when looking at it in the basket, wonders if your x-large fits size 11-13, or is that 12-14 size shoe. The need to see the size chart you have on your product page. Alternatively, what would be better is a popup that contained pertinent info right there. (I.e., non-salesy stuff--just the facts).
