Testing Endicia module on devsite

Hi, I'd like to test the Endicia module on a devsite. From the Endicia tab, I attempted to add my current Endicia Account ID and Passphrase. It wouldn't accept them, so I'm guessing that I need to use the "Sign up for an ELS Sandbox account" option. I tried that link and it's not working. Does somebody have the current link? Also, the latest setup instructions? The latest I have is from the Miva 9 User Ref from 2016-09.

One more question. I see that you need to have the USPS shipping module enabled. Can you use a different module for USPS rates to charge the customer, such as Weight Table Based Shipping - but use the Endicia and USPS modules to print the postage?

I will have someone look at why the sign up links for ELS Production account and ELS Sandbox account are broken. I did get the following link from development.

Also from dev:

• Production accounts can not be used as sandbox accounts
• You can use any module you like for rates at run time, Endicia does not care.

Thanks wsmith. It looks like Endicia is having issues with their sandbox account page. But I was able to use my current Endica account and passphrase using the Production option with "Enable Test Mode" checked. That allowed me to test it in test mode.
