Exporting reviews from Sebenza Product Review to MIVA Product Reviews by Tess

We are upgrading our site to the Shadows theme. We would like to export Sebenza Product Review to Product Reviews by Tess. The module is listed here as a MIVA module: https://apps.miva.com/product-reviews-1148.html The documentation says you can import but I am stumped on how to do this from the old Sebenza version. This module may originally have been made by Glendale Designs?

No - that's not ours - that is Tess' module :) Ours is (was) this one: https://apps.miva.com/ratings-reviews.html

On Tess module:

• In the docs, find the "Importing / Exporting Review Data" section near the end
• The export module comes pre-installed
• There is manual setup for the import module

Thanks GDesigns for your help with this and clearing up my misinformation about the source of the Miva Tess module. Yes, I do see those options you mentioned in the Tess module but I am not finding any export function available in the Sebenza module.

I believe you have to export them from the database directly. This is one of the reasons our Easy Review (http://www.phosphormedia.com/product...sy_review.html) module automatically (almost, you do have to click a button) imports from Sebenza.

Hi Sabine, does this same method need to be used to export the reviews from the GD Ratings & Reviews?
