Viking Coders UPSŪ Custom Integration module support

Is emailing [email protected] or [email protected] still the best way to get module support? Store owner started having issues with the Viking Coders UPSŪ Custom Integration module this morning (preventing orders from going through). I emailed them but haven't heard back. A temporary fix has been put in place but the module really needs to be fixed.
