    Service Outage

    I'm in the middle of shipping, and for the last 10 minutes or so I'm getting a 504 Gateway Time-Out. I can't submit a ticket, since I can't access admin.

    Now 502 Bad Gateway, so I'm hoping that means someone is doing something...

      All but one of my clients (that I checked) seems to be down too.

          Down here too.

          Miva is aware and working on it.

          Their entire phone system is also down so no one can through to support either.

          No known ETA

                    Having to ship manually through UPS' web site makes me appreciate how things normally work.

                      They are aware. One of my clients sent a text message to one of the support team.

                          Website back up again....down for over 1/2 hr! ...along with all MIVA phone lines. Never seen anything like it. Don't know how my server, which is outside Tampa, is connected to MIVA phone lines in San Diego. Very strange, hope MIVA puts out an explanation. Scary!

                            This is unacceptable for downtime with no updates. I opened my ticket at 1:27pm PST. Nothing.

                              Our last order was over an hour ago, not sure of exact time it all went down but sometime after 3:10 CST - Does anyone have an update from Miva?
