Logged out after a few seconds

Hi everyone,

I have some customer service reps having issues with the Miva 9 admin with a store that I manage. They get logged out after a few seconds of seeing the home screen. I tried to get them to clear their cache, delete cookies, all that. But no luck. I can see that there are no administrative sessions hanging around and none of their accounts are locked or anything like that. I know this a pretty vague enquiry and I'll probably contact support but has anyone ever experienced anything like this? I, personally have not and I don't have any issues logging in or staying in. The only difference is that they are using non admin accounts. Although I've tried with a non admin account and had no issues.

The only thing similar, probably not the same, the htaccess got hosed or the https is lost somehow.

I think I'm seeing this as well in a store I'm trying to fix. While it does have a short expiration (15 min) I seem to have to have logged back in after only 5 or 10 minutes from interacting with the admin.

If it were something with .htaccess it would not be something only specific users are able to see.

What Jim said. I had that issue too and support fixed it right up. The only caveat, they need to be hosted with Miva.

Can you open a ticket so we can look? It's usually something with the Verify IP Address setting and potentially the machine the user is connecting on. We've also seen CDNs cause this if not configured correctly

Thanks for all the input everyone. It's not hosted with Miva. I've got a ticket in with the host as well.
