Store Admin - Can't Log In

We recently acquired a site which is run on Miva Merchant. Unfortunately, for some reason I cannot access the Store Admin, when I select "LAUNCH STORE ADMIN" from the my.miva.com Admin panel. I am able to login into the Site Control Panel Admin just fine.

I am set up as the owner of the account, with those rights.

I enter my credentials as well as the previous owner's credentials, and it just takes me back to the login page: https://www.pro-sound.com/mm5/admin.mvc

I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers, even different PCs and from my Macbook, with the same result.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Reach out to Miva Support - it sounds like they may need to reset the login for you. (I'm assuming you are hosted with Miva).

If your credentials are indeed correct, it sounds like you might have triggered the internal "login lockout" feature. As Leslie said, this is something best handled by Miva support. (Which is pretty fast and painless.)
