Sandbox Store Development Environment

Hello Miva,

I request a miva developer sandbox store for Debugging a Miva site(I don't have any access of the site only I have source code in github). After I requested I received a email with login informations. miva said its need 12-24 hours to fully activate the site. but 5 days passed still not activated. why it's happening? Please solution needed as soon as possible.
