    Emediasales

    I've tried contacting Emediasales repeatedly since January 11th but cannot get them to respond -- and I'm a paying customer with a subscription. I wonder if they treat prospective clients better. Does anyone still deal with them and/or know a way to reach them?

    I was in contact with them mid last month and no problem. Did you try to call or reach out to Alex directly?

      Thanks for your quick reply. I've used his personal email and a ticket with their helpdesk, but I have never had a phone for them.

              No, nothing yet. I've sent four emails to him over the past month as well as opening a ticket on January 27th. I got a response to the ticket on February 2nd saying he'd be in touch within 24 hours.

                Rick Wilson have you heard from Alex or anyone at eMediaSales lately? I've been trying to get a response to an email for over a month now. We were rolling along and then everything stopped. Is everything okay there?

                  I last heard from Alex about a month ago. Their Phone Order Manager developed a problem, and he said it was "on the list" to fix. Haven't heard anything since.

                    Yeah, our last communication with him was for them to install the updated Shipping SuperMod. It's sort of a game stopper right now. Maybe adding a couple more "ats" will help. eMediaSales emediasalesvp and eMediaSalesAbe are you out there?

                      Alex just emailed me back. He has been away on vacation. FYI, he recommends using the portal for support, but I have asked how to access it. I'm not sure I have that type of access.

                          and...even though their modules aren't working properly, they have no problem continuing to charge the subscription.
