I have started my miva express and miva payment accounts. However I am unable to get my payment account to go live. I can't help but to think that i may have missed a step.... I get this error message: The payment processor information for your account contains errors or is incomplete. Please click Payment Processor Information in the left navigation bar and correct your payment processor information as necessary. So then i go to the payment processor and it won't let me select any of the options.... Any help would be apprecaited! Is there something I am missing in the my express account?

I am having the exact same problem as Mivite light, I can't choose a processor. I have a merchant account with BoA, and I think I have all the info I need, but can't find a way to input it...
I contacted Miva Small Business Support, they suggested I contact Cybersource Tech Support, but I can't find a contact info for them.
PLEASE advise!
