    Shipping Address Problems

    I submitted a support ticket but would like to ask for help here as well. I'm using PayPal as the payment option

    I'm having problems with the checkout of my MIVA account. Whenever someone chooses to place the order without the account and fills in their billing address without filling in the shipping address and clicks on Continue, they are thrown an error saying that the Shipping address fields are missing. The thing is, the shipping address should not be filled in unless different from the billing address and is stated there quite clearly.

    I find that the problem is because the billing address country defaults itself to the United States and thus the system sort of expects the user to fill in all the rest. The user must actually choose the "Select Country" option in the country drop down box of the billing address in order to forego filling in the shipping address. This is counter productive and makes very little sense. The shipping address should be defaulted to nothing at all so that they don't need to do anything at all when their shipping and billing address is the same.
