    Order Processing - No Info

    Hey Guys,

    This is my first time using this store, but I having a few problems. Customers have been using my store and buying things, paypal sends me a email showing I have recieved money from manhattanlcd order #10xx. So I log into the store admin and there are no new orders.

    I talked to techincal support with MIVA and they had me make some changes in paypal. Then it work for one order ( I received order conformation from MIVA). Now when ever someone places an order Paypal or google check will send me an email saying I received money, so I go to the admin and No new order(s), So now Im stuck with money and I dont know what and where to send the products to.

    Im open for comments

      I have the same problem with miva merchant 5, what is the fix?!?

        Hello Howard,

        Have you checked your return URL and IPN settings in the Paypal? Please create a ticket with MIVA Support (http://support.smallbusiness.miva.com/supportsuite/)

          Yes, I checked the URL and IPN settings and it still does not work.

            Hi Johnzo,

            Our API for PayPal was out of date. The issue affected customers who placed an order through PayPal without an account.
            It's been fixed for Express and will be streamed out for mm5 & FastTrack shortly.

            If you need assistance recovering certain orders, please open a ticket with Support and we'll take care of it.
