As you know, we now can change orders in Miva through manage orders, remove items, change discounts, shipping etc.
Here is a tricky situation.
a) Received order on Say March 5th
b) Synced with QB on March 7th
c) Customer called and order changed or updated on March 9th.
QB still shows old order amount.
Is there a way to force Synchro and QB to recognize that this order has changed and update amount in QB?
We just realized this while preparing for taxes this year, and we may have to go back order by order to see what happened.
Any help appreciated.
