Quickbooks Error:

I saw in one other post where there may be bunch of potential issues for this. Client is getting an error:

QuickBooks Error: The Given Object ID "" in the "list ID" is Invalid.

Not sure where to start looking.

Error happens after the popup saying orders are downloading.

Have they updated to Synchro 1.72 (released last week), lots of bug fixes in there.

I suggested that but the IT guy is out for another couple weeks. I think I am in a mode of asking for ideas.

Aren't there some error logs I could look at?

btw: saw the list of bug fixes and this may be fixed, but if I find out it won't be for a couple weeks.
