4PL Integration issue with Addendum Optional Fee

Store is using the Addendum module to collect an optional "Rush Order" fee. 4PL Integration is needing it to be reported as a Shipping charge. Does anyone have a solution for this?

In other words, is there a way to conditionally get this line item think it's a shipping charge?

Should be able to come up with a CreateBasketCharge function (and Remove and Update)...but, that could be a lot of work. What about just using an upsale product for the Rush fee?

Can the upsell be inserted into the OCST screen? That's where the addendum "rush" fee currently resides.

If i recall correctly, its just an ACTION/Screen so you should be able to.
