Replacement needed for Bizrate Reviews & Sebenza Ultimate Product Reviews and Ratings

Store owner is using Bizrate surveys as an add on to the site so customers can rate their shopping experience with them. The store owner reports "Lots of customers hate bizrate." Is there a suitable replace for it? The store owner is looking for something that could "get ratings that would also help us in rankings too" Is Google Reviews an alternative? The store also has the Sebenza
Ultimate Product Reviews and Ratings (which I have mentioned is pretty much obsolete now). Is there any thing than can bring the two together as one? The reviews and the ratings would all need to be imported into it so nothing is lost.

If they want to go the 'syndicated' route, I'd suggest Shopper Approved as they have proven to be more 'upfront' than many of the other types of these services. The downside is you're tied to an outside service...which can disappear overnight. If they are just looking for on site reviews...of course, there is Easy Review which "Automatically" imports from Sebenza.
