We've been experiencing a couple more buggy ShipStation behaviors since our switch from ShipWorks... has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution?
- If a product is cancelled from an order in Miva's Order Processing, ShipStation does not recognize the cancellation. Therefore, when ShipStation creates a shipping label and pushes the tracking number to Miva, the cancelled item's status of "cancelled" is overwritten and is updated with the tracking number, making it look as though the cancelled item was shipped.
Also, from a previous post, we've unfortunately still had no luck in figuring out why certain products are not pulling in attributes to ShipStation...
