Storeowner has had a customer that is using Windows 10 with MS Edge. When the customer gets to the OSEL, they select PayPal as the payment method, then click the continue button, they have gotten an error message telling them it's not a valid payment method. If the click the button a second time they get taken to PayPal as expected. This has been very difficult to duplicate. The store owner was able to but didn't capture any screenshots. Now he can't get it to do it again. Could it have been a fleeting issue with PayPal? Has anyone else seen it happen?

Could be a recurrence. Also, worrying about 'one' incident isn't a cost effective business method. If it continues, I would recommend looking into it, but there are so many variables involved that there are bound to be outliers...of course, you know this...but you can tell the client *I* said so too :)Bruce Golub

Your first response was helpful, letting me know that there had been issues a few days back. It helped to confirm what I suspected and might even confirm what other store owners may have experienced.
And yes, I have already told the store owner that we should take a "wait & see" when it came to his site.
