I had a ticket related to getting my old Synchro license as added this question but thought it might be an easy answer so avoid waiting until Monday to hear back if so.
We got Synchro back in 2010, didn't work with our setup at that time. I found my license and installed the latest version of Synchro. I updated the module in Miva admin. When I try to Add Store and connect I get an "Unknown Error" and wondering if there are any steps I might have missed - on previous versions there was mention of Synchro being tied to one computer so thought I might need a new license or I might have to remove the online module (now updated) all together and start again?
