Will Miva Synchro work with the online versions of Quickbooks? There is a QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy page that links to the Supported Versions on the Miva Synchro page.

No we are not planning on connecting Synchro to Online but we are looking at partnerships to solve for this need.
