Small Business CMS replacement needed

Store owner needs a replacement for their current CMS which does not currently integrate with their store. They want to find something that that both fits there store and their business to replace New Haven Software's CMS Standard. They had wanted to use Syncro with Quickbooks. I'm working on getting a list of features that they need (versus what is listed on the vendor's website).
