Miva's Product Reviews by Tess has the ability to export and import. Is there a (simple) way to export the product reviews from the original GD Ratings & Reviews?

With Sabine and Jim's help, I have been able to import the rating from the GD Ratings & Reviews. Creating the import is very straightforward but I do NOT like having to touch the database - even for just an export. Jim provided me with the export and I was able to create the import using the file along with the Data Management > Import Settings > New Import. If there was just an easier way to pull the old data over to the new.
