Upon enrollment, you'll be assigned an Account Manager who will be standing by to assist with new enhancements, creative solutions, optimization and consultation needs.
When you contact your account manager with a work request, you will be given a time estimate for your approval. Upon approval, your work will commence immediately.

Miva Managed Account Program is a professional service that bills for Time and Materials. A valid credit card must be kept on file for the recurring monthly fee, as well as any 'weekly billings.' All development, research, project management, training & communication time is tracked and considered billable. MAP requires an initial 6 month commitment.
